Project Scope
Deliverables, fees, estimated timelines and included revisions will be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Payment
Project fees are payable in three stages: 50% advance before work begins, 30% upon design approval, and the remaining 20% upon project completion.
Payments are arranged directly with the client. This website does not collect online payments. Additional work will be quoted and agreed separately.
Content and Approvals
Content preparation is included within the agreed project scope. Clients may also provide business information, existing content, images or other materials they would like incorporated.
Clients must review and approve the prepared content and designs, including business details, contact information, prices and claims, before publication or production. Clients must have permission to use any materials they supply. Delayed feedback or approvals may affect delivery dates.
Revisions and Delivery
Revisions are limited to those agreed in the proposal. Changes to approved work or additional requirements may affect pricing and timelines. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in the project proposal. If the client cancels the project or fails to respond to project-related communications for 14 consecutive calendar days despite written reminders, the project may be considered cancelled. In either case, all payments already made will be non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any final settlement will account for completed work, approved expenses, and applicable legal rights.
Ownership and Third-Party Costs
The project agreement will specify the final deliverables, usage rights, ownership arrangements and any editable files or source code included. Final handover and any agreed transfer of rights will take place after full payment, as documented in the agreement.
Clients are responsible for purchasing and paying for printing, hosting, domain names and required third-party licences or subscriptions. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Maintenance, updates and ongoing support are included only when expressly stated in the project proposal or a separate agreement.
Confidentiality and Portfolio
Non-public project information will be handled for delivering the agreed work. Permission to publish client work, names or testimonials will be agreed with the client.
Results and Legal Rights
Specific sales, enquiries, rankings or other business results are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
